What does being a Deliveroo Rider representative actually involve?
The Deliveroo Rider Forum will meet every 3 months with people from different teams across Deliveroo. During these meetings, Rider representatives will share their ideas and feedback directly with Deliveroo.
Some examples of the topics the Rider Forum may be asked to consider include rider safety, kit design, and rider benefits. The Rider Forum will not be responsible for or discuss individual rider issues such as earnings or breaches of contract.
Rider representatives will have the opportunity to suggest agenda items ahead of each Rider Forum meeting. The agenda will be agreed upon and circulated ahead of each meeting to help ensure the Rider Forum and Deliveroo’s time together is as productive as possible.
The first Rider Forum meeting will be held in November 2021.
