Update to stacked orders offered on arrival

When you're online with Deliveroo you've probably been offered two orders from one restaurant or shop at the same time. We call this a stacked order - it's designed so you can earn more in less time by delivering to nearby addresses. Plus it helps us provide a more efficient service to our customers.

We've been making changes to the design in the rider app to make it easier to use. For example, we’ve improved the stacked order experience to give you more information when we offer you a stack at the restaurant [or shop].

The new stacked order screen will show you the map of the second customer’s location and the additional fee you'll receive for completing the order visible upfront like this:

You can use all this information to choose whether to accept or reject the second order. You can tap Accept to add the order to your delivery, or simply tap X to reject the order.

As with all orders you have freedom to choose whether or not to complete them, and you can unassign from one or both orders at any time if you no longer want to complete them.

We hope that these improvements will help you to make the most of your time on the road. We'll be closely monitoring whether this improves the experience of riding with Deliveroo and we would love to hear your feedback.
