You recently requested access to the personal data that Deliveroo holds about you in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We have now gathered together the relevant information for you and have set out the details below.
Understanding your data
- We are providing you with the personal data associated with your rider account. As you may appoint a substitute to work instead of you, please be aware that some of the data provided could be the data of your substitute whom we are unable to identify personally. We are not able to identify where this is the case.
- To make it easier for you to understand your data provided here we have separated it into separate files. Below you will find an explanation of what is in each file.
- Not all of the files described below may be included in your data; where a file is not included it means that we either do not hold this type of data about you or you have not specifically requested this type of information.
- We may have reasonably excluded certain information where required or permitted by law – for example, to remove personal data of another person or data which is subject to another exemption available under the law. This may mean that you receive data sets that may differ from data provided to another rider.
- Most timestamps provided are in the format of “Year - Month - Day”.
- All monetary amounts provided are in pence or cents (depending on the currency, which is noted in each case.)
