Riders who have completed at least 30 orders in the previous 8 weeks are eligible for earnings support while they're unwell. There's no need to sign up - you're automatically covered.

You will be eligible for up to 15 days of payment in total, but you must have been ill for at least 8 days in order to make a claim. For example, you would not be eligible for a payment if you were ill for only 7 days, but you would be eligible to make a claim for the full 7 days if you were unable to work due to illness for more than 7 days.

You can claim earnings support for illness up to a maximum of 2 times per year.  

In order to receive earnings support, you will need to be medically certified by a doctor as unfit to work.
