To start a ride:

• Download the Forest app
• Enter your email address, create a password and add the promotion code ‘Deliveroo’ to sign up and access your exclusive rental bundles
• Open the app menu on the left-hand side and select ‘Account’. At the top of the screen, slide right to ‘Deliveroo Bundles’ to select your payment option through the app (you’ll have 24 hours to use the minutes in your bundle, before they expire)
• Find your nearest Forest e-bike using their app
• Start your ride - your bundles will be available to you even when you’re not riding with Deliveroo
• Forest’s standard terms and conditions relating to the use of their e-bikes will apply. These can be found here and on the app under ‘Account’ and ‘Terms of Service’.

To end a ride:

• End a ride through the Forest app. The cost of ending a ride depends on where you drop the bike off.
• Leave your bike in a designated Forest Green Bay in their operating area to avoid extra costs. You can see where these are in the Forest app.
• If you end your ride outside a parking bay but still within the area marked as ‘Forest’, you will be charged £1 extra
• If you end your ride in the red area marked as ‘Outside the Forest’, you will be charged £2 extra.
• You cannot end a ride outside the red circle, marked as “The Wilderness” on the map. 
• You’ll pay the amount in your exclusive bundle. If you go over the number of minutes allowed, you’ll be charged the standard rate (£0.15 per minute) until you buy a new bundle or lock your Forest e-bike in a designated zone.
