What is the checklist and why do I have to complete it?

You’ll need to complete the checklist in the rider app in order to go online. These checks include confirming your correct phone number, so that you can contact the customer when you need to. It’s easy and will only take a minute or two to complete.

We’ve introduced the checklist to confirm your details are up to date and to help make your delivery experience more smooth by making it easier to communicate with both restaurant partners and customers.
